Shipping destinations and rates
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rates and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and volume based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Also the weight of the item displayed is the shipping weight. Shipping weight includes the weight of the item, weight of the packing box and the packing material inside the box.
International shipments, Customs duty and taxes
No refunds or returns are provided for the orders shipped outside USA. All sales are final for the customers living outside USA. The buyer is responsible for all the customs duties, brokerage fees and taxes charged by the corresponding country's customs and postal authorities. Shipments are insured only if we receive a customer request.
International shipments are not guaranteed by the delivery date because of the involvement of customs clearance. This depend on the country and may vary from few days to weeks. We are not responsible for any delays even if you have selected express delivery. We will send you a bill if the customs duty exceeds the amount you have paid while ordering. You agree to pay it when you place an order with us.
Shipping damages
All the domestic shipments are insured. If you notice any shipping damage, please email us pictures of the damaged item within 48 hrs of receiving the item. We will claim the damage with the insurance provider and refund you the cost of damaged items once approved. This process may take up to 15 business days. You must return the damaged items to us in order to get a refund. We will refund the shipping charges also. No exchanges will be made for the damaged item. If you need the same item, you may purchase it from us again.
Shipping time
Normal ground shipping is the cheapest shipping method. We may use FedEx or USPS depending upon the weight and destination. Usually these are delivered within 5 business days inside US. The shipping charge includes handling and insurance fees.
All the orders will be shipped on the next business day only. For example, if you place an overnight express order on Monday morning 7:00 am, the order will be shipped on Tuesday and you will receive the item on Wednesday. We will consider same day shipping on overnight express orders upon request over phone only.
Custom made costumes shall take minimum 5 to 6 weeks to deliver. We will try our level best to expedite the shipping if your performance is within 4~ 5 weeks of the order date, but we are not responsible if the delivery is delayed. No refunds will be made in such cases. Please call us to get an update of your shipment if you are eager to receive the costume before the delivery date.
Free shipping offers and Coupon codes
From time to time we offer free shipping or discount coupon coded over a certain order total. If you avail such offers, all the returns and refunds associated with that shipment will be charged a flat shipping charge of $15 irrespective of the order total. That means the customer will pay the return shipment and an additional of $15 because we didn't charge a shipping while sending you the package at the first time. All additional restocking fees will be also applied before refunding and settling the order. Under no circumstances, a refund will be processed before receiving the items in our facility.
